Code of Conduct

To reinforce Yondu corporate values and foster awareness among Yondudes to prevent the occurrence of offenses under the Code of Conduct emphasizing a proactive approach through mandatory annual refresher training for all employees.

All employees, regardless of status and position, are required to attend the mandatory annual Code of Conduct Refresher Training every January. The training will be conducted through Google Classroom. Self-paced recorded video will be the methodology that will be used in the training. Participants are required to complete the assessment thereafter which will serve as their compliance and attendance.
