Frequently asked questions

When will I get my own Udemy account?

All account requests are being processed on a weekly basis:
  • Tuesday-Friday: Cut-off of all requests
  • The following Monday: Onboarding of approved requests 

Can I request for an Udemy account if I'm not a Tech resource?

Please coordinate with your immediate supervisor if you must accomplish a targeted set of competencies that require an Udemy course.

Why was my Udemy account has been deactivated?

Below are the guidelines for account deactivation.

Accounts that are not being utilized by the end of each quarter will be deactivated. A reminder will be sent a week prior to the quarter ending.
  • Accounts with 0 Enrollments
  • Accounts without any activity within 90 days

Resigned EE's will be deactivated and reallocated.

If the employee/s tries to access the shared account of an owner who has resigned/separated from the company, a log-in error will prompt. Therefore, IS should reassign another active shared account.
