Frequently asked questions

How do I enlist in the Data Privacy Training?

You will receive a calendar invitation with a corresponding email from the Yondu Data Protection Office. It is also expected that your resource manager will reach out to you to ensure your attendance. 

If you are a new hire, you will receive your training invitation on your second month of employment.

Is the Data Privacy Training mandatory?

Yes. All Yondu employees, regardless of rank and tenure are expected to complete the data privacy training series.

This will also be a part of your compliance in your KRAs and KPIs under the People Objectives in your performance evaluation.

What will happen if I miss out this mandatory training? 

Employees who will miss their initially-assigned training schedules are strongly advised to reach out to their respective resource managers or any of the program champions ahead of time so they can be rescheduled to the next session. 

Those who will not attend the training without valid reason will constitute an appropriate disciplinary action for non-compliance.
