The Strong Start program is the process of integrating new employees into Yondu. It includes orientation, BU-specific training and immersion, and familiarizing new hires with the company tools, and policies.

Onboarding sets the foundation for an employee's success in Yondu. It helps them understand their role and responsibilities and shape their critical first impression of the company, leading to higher productivity and retention.
