Strong Start

The Strong Start program is the process of integrating new employees into Yondu. It includes orientation, BU-specific training and immersion, and familiarizing new hires with the company tools, and policies.

Onboarding sets the foundation for an employee's success in Yondu. It helps them understand their role and responsibilities and shape their critical first impression of the company, leading to higher productivity and retention.

Winterfell

A cybersecurity and privacy awareness training initiative designed by Globe’s Information Security and Data Privacy (ISDP) unit. This program will be an ongoing and continuing training initiative for all regular employees of Yondu. 

Code of Conduct

Reinforcing Yondu values and raising awareness on the company disciplinary guidelines to maintain a positive and respectful work environment.

Yondu Data Privacy

A data privacy mandatory training program spearheaded by Yondu's corporate legal team to increase the overall privacy awareness of the organization.
